2025-2026 Indoor Season

This indoor season, practices will be held at multiple locations:

Magruder High School Outdoor Track, Georgetown Prep Indoor Track, and indoor gymnasiums at Bohrer Park and MCPS Campuses.

Practice Schedule

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Saturdays: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Our first practice will be held Saturday , November 15th 12:00PM-2:00PM at Georgetown Preparatory High School, 10900 Rockville Pike, North Bethesda, MD 20852 in the Hanley Athletic Center . Please arrive a few minutes early to get checked in and situated.

Practice is for registered athletes only! Please do not show up if you are NOT registered or were placed on the waitlist.

IMPORTANT:

Athletes should have a water bottle filled with water. - Athletes should be fully hydrated before coming to practice.  Please remind your child to drink water throughout the week and especially before practice.

Athletes should wear comfortable athletic clothing and running shoes. For Outdoor practices, it is best to have your athlete dressed in layers. This strategy is tried-and True! It allows for regulated comfort by slipping layers on and off as their activity level and the weather change.

Please make sure that your athlete eats something light 90 minutes before practice.  Athletes should not consume very large meals within 90 minutes of practice and their stomachs should not be completely empty.

There will be designated areas of the facility for parents to wait for their children.  Only registered athletes, coaches, and approved team parents are allowed on the track.
