FIREBIRDS ATHLETIC CLUB

READY...SET...GO!

The Firebirds Athletic Club’s 2008 Season is gearing up to begin in April!
The Firebirds Track Club has been in existence for over 27 years!!

If you have a youth age 6 to 18 that wants to get involved in a great sport, get ready
to bring them out to join the Firebirds Track Club.

Practices will be held at Gaithersburg High School on
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursdays from 6:00-8:00 p.m.

First practice begins on Wednesday, April 2nd
We focus on proper running techniques, strength, endurance and helping our youth foster
good teaming skills.
